About Kathy?

Kathy is a wellness enthusiast with a deep appreciation for the mind-body-spirit connection. Her passion for health and wellness began in 2011, when she first discovered the transformative power of living a healthy lifestyle. From that point on, Kathy was driven to learn as much as she could about the ways in which nutrition, exercise and mental wellbeing all work together to create a healthy and happy life.


In 2016, Kathy’s curiosity led her to explore the mind-body connection more deeply and she discovered the benefits of Pilates. As a certified instructor, Kathy is committed to teaching the original technique developed by Joseph Pilates, but she is always seeking to incorporate the latest research and knowledge into her practice. She recognizes the critical role that the brain-gut connection plays in overall health and wellness, as it affects a wide range of physiological processes, including digestion, metabolism, mood and cognition.

Through her teaching and practice, Kathy seeks to help people cultivate a deeper connection with their bodies and minds, allowing them to experience a sense of calm and balance in their daily lives. The Pilates discipline has been hailed for its ability to improve flexibility, strength and balance, as well as to reduce stress and anxiety.


Above all, Kathy is driven by a vision for the betterment of her clients. Whether she’s teaching a class or working one-on-one, her goal is to empower her clients to take charge of their health and wellness and to create a life that is balanced, nourishing, and fulfilling.  To finally live the life they were meant to live.
